Ambrosia is a low-acid apple, which makes it easier for kids and older people to digest, it is slow to brown and is great in salads, baking and main dishes. Our Tree Run apples are picked straight off the tree into bulk bins and sold at a bulk price. They are a mix of sizes and good quality for eating and baking.
